Shipping policy

At Roost Garage we are riders and moto enthusiasts just like you and we appreciate that you would like to rep the Roost Garage brand at the track and trail. We will do everything possible to get you your order in a timely and professional manner. With that being said we do rely on manufacturers, printers, and freight partners to deliver our high-quality clothing and great customer service. Unfortunately, things happen so if you have questions or concerns please email us at info@roostgarage.com and we will strive to get you your product in a reasonable time frame.

Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Please allow 2-3 days for processing, but can take up to 7 days to ship plus shipping time. We appreciate your business and please email us at info@roostgarage.com with any questions or concerns.

Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day. 
You will receive an email once your items have shipped.
We ship to all 50 United States, the U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses and most international countries. Most orders will be shipped via UPS.

If your package is missing, (i.e. tracking says delivered but it is not there) please contact the carrier and file a claim, then please notify us with your claim information. We will do our best to accommodate you and your order.
Please note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for items/packages held at customs etc.
